We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.

We are searching for an approachable, trustworthy personality with good multitasking abilities. 

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of candidates through web ads and LinkedIn, entering data in the system, mailing the candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Following contracts and reviews, preparing contracts
  • Taking care of the office groceries
  • Managing leaves of the employees
  • Pre-accounting preparation of reports and invoices. You’ll be the primary relationship with the accountants
  • Pre-payment preparation

Must Have

  • A strong collaboration team mindset
  • Experience in some HR field
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, psychology 
  • Knowledge of various HR processes
  • Attention to details
  • 100% hands-on role

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to proactively learn and grow with the company
