Quotations


CommerceCore™ allows you to use tags in the Quotations creation form to create custom fields where you can specify tags for each line item. Tags are used to identify items that belong to the same group of products or services.

The Tags field can be viewed in the Quotation creation window, under the Other Info tab, in the Sales section


In this case, the Tags option is quite valuable for the salesperson who is dealing with contacts from a specific area, country, and a variety of other factors.

Orders


If quotations have been approved, they will be converted into orders automatically. This means that all tagged information related to customers and quotations will also be included in order details as well. While making a Sale order, you may provide the Tags based on the criteria.

The Tag field can be viewed in the Sales - Orders - Create - Other info


Customers


In the Customers creation window, you can assign already established tags using the dropdown menu, or you can create new tags on the fly. For already existing tags in customers, the Tags can be viewed by choosing Sales - Orders - Customers


If you want to create New customer file, then from the Customers window click Create. In this case, you can specify which tags should be included in the customer records.


Managing Tasks 


Tags make it possible for you to set up an effective task management system within CommerceCore™ by creating different groups of tasks that can be accessed by your team members with a click of a button! This way, it's easy for you and your colleagues to manage different tasks at once.

When creating a new project task or if you want to change the existing Tag, go to Project - Create - Edit - Tags


The Tags option also allows staff to set up task lists according to their specific requirements using tags as identifiers. For example, if the salesperson manages multiple customers, they can use Tags to create lists of tasks for each customer.
