Merge tasks


Merge multiple tasks into one!

We all have many tasks in the project module that are almost the same. So we were thinking, why have two or three same tasks, when we can develop a module to merge them together? And here we are, presenting the Merge Tasks module which allows us to do so.

  • First thing is to identify the tasks that you need to merge.

  • Select them from the list view and click on Merge Tasks in the Actions Menu.

  • After the wizard opens, there are many options to select for the new task containing the others

  • Select destination task, project and assigned user.

  • Click on Merge Tasks and you are done. All the info will come to the destination task, including messages, timesheets and descriptions.
